Head - Corporate Relations & Placements - EduTech

This opportunity is with one of the most renowned corporate houses in India that have recently forayed into the Ed-tech space.

The role would include:

- Focusing on overall placements of Students taking up professional courses like Machine learning, AI, Data Science, Digital Marketing etc

- Building strong Client Relations with industries/organizations and agencies for internship and placement of trainees.

- Visiting and building a relationship with various companies to ensure brand recall

- Counsel students and inform them about the various career trajectories by one on one sessions with students regularly and making them more placeable

- Establishing and managing corporate tie-ups by acting as the face of the organization

- Documentation of placement Tie-ups

- Prepare and submit monthly placement reports

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Preferred MBA with 10+ years of work experience in the placement of management graduates

- Demonstrated expertise with handling placements in other MBA/PGDM colleges and universities

- Ability to monitor and capitalize on emerging trends in different sectors

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing workload when needed

- Very good networking skills and live industry contacts

- Good project and people management skills, attention to detail and planning to hit deadlines -
