Key Deliverable : - Owning the Quality policy for the company - Design of Quality standards and measurement of consumer quality - Seting up &amp; improving optimum Consumer Relationship Management systems. - Becoming the central repository of quality data. - Contributing to the design of new products. - Internal audits of all processes, places and products. - Signing off on quality for new vendors, new plants and new products - Owning the product safety policy for the company - Monitoring Statutory compliances across plants and stores. - Training &amp; Development of Quality teams. - Setting up and managing consumer test panels Competencies - Must have : - Exposure to food and FMCG products from development to manufacturing - Knowledge of food safety and consumer safety regulations in India and abroad - Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles - Ability to conduct quality assurance system audits - Ability to organize collection of data, analyze information and capture conclusions - Ability to follow established operational and safety policies and procedures Competencies - Wants - - Project Management Critical personality attributes -&nbsp; - Ability to handle pressures of scaling up - Collaborative working style- with people across all regions and functions - Ability to drive new initiatives across all regions Qualifications - - BTech or MSc in Chemistry / Food Technology - PG in Operations desirable Age: 37 - 45 years
