REQUIREMENTS :

- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices

- Excellent organizational and leadership ability

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

- Good with numbers and financial planning

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board.

- Provide strategic advice to the board and leadership team so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company's future and track industry developments.

- Identifying growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying business trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities, business model evolution as well as channels, strategic partnerships, customer experience value chain and/or related strategic marketing levers.

- Identify opportunities for M&A, conduct due diligence, valuation and financial modelling

- Evaluate risk

- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with Business heads and authorities

- Monitor the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results

- Conduct profit and cost analysis & Construct forecasts and analytical models.

- Study and track the key KPIs in order to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets.
