We are looking for a Young highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of the business. The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure. Job Description :&nbsp; - Work on litigation non litigation matters concerning the Group - Apply structured problem solving skills in either roles (litigation team Non litigation team) to create value for the organization. - Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the investments, including structuring of and negotiating investor rights, exit options etc. - Lead strategic initiatives to streamline operations across legal - Drafting, vetting and solidifying agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights - Identify potential improvement areas for the functions plan and lead effort to implement solutions - Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, RBI, SEBI etc.), creating relations of trust Requirements :&nbsp; - Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a Law Firm / NBFC / Bank / AIF / Fintech. - Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures - Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation - Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies - High degree of professional ethics and integrity - Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information - Outstanding communication skills
