Qualification : MBA HR

- Recruitment & development of talent for achieving organizational goals & objectives

- Coordination with recruitment agencies, managing interviews, & selection process

- Talent management & talent retention

- Designing & reviewing organization structure periodically to meet ongoing needs of organization

- Manpower planning according to business plan requirement

- Attracting talent through company brand, challenging profile, and culture

- Devising performance measurement matrix, key result areas, key performance indicators in line with business plan

- Ensuring performance management culture in company

- Identification of training & development needs of employees (360 appraisal)

- Implementation of training & development programs

- Periodic evaluation of training effectiveness

- Identifying Hypo's & developing accelerated career plan

- Career plan & succession planning for employees

- Developing & promoting people for higher role

- Conducting promotion assessment tests

- Inculcating entrepreneurial culture

- Constantly fostering organizational values

- Conducting periodic engagement surveys

- Working out plan for increasing overall engagement of employee in company & its implementation

- Employee grievances & redressel

- Designing & implementing rewards & recognition program

- Management of compensation & benefits, compensation survey in market

- People related statutory compliances (All sites)

- Talent management & development at all remote locations

- Designing, review, updating, implementation of HR policies

- Organizational Development & facilitating change management in company

- Stay abreast with the latest in human resources globally and implementing the best people management practices

- Driving performance to achieve organization's goals

Administrative responsibilities :

- Post graduate with psychology or HR

- 10-15 years of experience of Corporate HR. Minimum 5 years- experience as HR Head
