Senior Management-Corporate HR-more than US15 billion dollar Group

The position is in Corporate HR reporting to Group Head HR.

Responsibilities include the following :

- Lead and administer C&B Strategy of the Group and administer across businesses globally.

- Formulate and up date all HR policies.

- Administer Leadership Assessments including conducting Assessment Centers.

- Spearhead employee engagement surveys and direct action towards the areas priortised.

- Conduct job evaluation across job bands.

The candidate has to be numerically strong with engineering and management/HR qualifications.

- Ideally candidates from global HR consulting firms would find the role suitable to their profile.

- Career progression within the group exists in function and across group companies.

There is a Team of around 15 professionals for support.
