- A minimum of 15 years of relevant and progressive work experience in marquee companies in the Human Resources function
- Successfully managed Organisational Development / Change Management, Talent Engagement and Management, Performance Management, among other HR functions
- Should have a successful track record of leading change & transformation in the organisation
- Deep experience in working closely with and influencing the Leadership team and key stakeholders as a strategic HR partner to build the organization
- Experience in Factory HR / Plant HR is preferable
- Post Graduate HR qualification from a premier institute (ISB, XLRI, SIBM, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI etc.)
