Role: Head - Corporate HR
Roles & Responsibilities
- Head Talent Management COE: Work with Management team to drive talent management, competency development, compensation cycles, HR Policies and other capability building initiatives. Lead the performance management process and champion Organization Development Initiatives.
- Head Compensation & Benefits COE: Drive compensation restructuring exercises, flexible benefits implementation, headcount and cost budgeting, compensation benchmarking exercises while ensuring statutory compliance and operational efficiency of the payroll process.
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Liaising with business managers to analyze resource requirements and market trends for strategic initiatives.
- Identify new ideas by researching industry and related events, vendors and publications
- Analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation and change/transition scenarios.
- Evaluate requirements for End to end HR processes (hire to retire) - design, optimization and implementation
- Work with multiple stakeholders such as HR, IT & Business to understand, define project scope & execute projects.
- Conduct feasibility and requirement analysis of various systems to determine its scope for implementation.
- Manage and grow HR transformation capability while developing strong relations with global practices. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration
- Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope and budget of the Projects
- Process mapping throughout the HR verticals.
- Reporting and Analytics to provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements
- Masters Diploma/Degree in Human Resources from Tier 1 Institute.
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate HR or HR Consulting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
