Head - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing - CA

- Preparation of consolidated annual operating plan/budget in coordination with respective business finance groups

- Formation of the MIS structure capturing relevant business and financial KPIs

- Building forecasting methodology to forecast topline and bottom line for the group

- Support for statutory audits as and when required

- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of consolidated MIS for the group

- Ensure timely closure of MIS activities in co-ordination with respective business finance team

- Co-ordination with all business finance teams for rationalization and integration of MIS with corporate policies

- Ad-hoc financial report preparation and presentation to Chairman/MD/CFO

- Preparation and review for Investor/bankers' presentation deck

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience

- Hands on with financial planning and analysis, MIS and forecasting

- Strong communication skills, demonstration of strong interpersonal skills, excellent execution skills

- Experience in review of consolidated MIS for the group and presenting to CFO/management
