Head - Corporate Finance - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading Corporate Finance and Investment Team: Take charge of leading the corporate finance and investment team, ensuring effective management and strategic direction in alignment with the company's objectives.

- Managing Relationships with Banks: Foster and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to facilitate lending and investment processes.

- This includes negotiation and securing favorable terms for financing and investments.

- Assisting CEO/CBO in Investment and Funding Procedures: Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Business Officer (CBO) in driving investment strategies and funding initiatives.

- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

- Senior Leadership Role: This position entails senior leadership responsibilities, offering direct exposure to working closely with the owners or Managing Director (MD).

- It involves contributing to high-level strategic discussions and initiatives that shape the company's future direction.

Must Requirements:

- Work Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance and investment, with a focus on the real estate development sector.

- Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of success and leadership in similar roles.

- Strong Expertise in Corporate Finance and Real Estate Investment: Extensive expertise in corporate finance and investment, particularly within the real estate domain, is essential.
