Head - Corporate Finance/Investment Banking/Private Equity - Consulting Firm

Deal Origination & Business Development

- Proactively identify and originate investment banking mandates related to private equity fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory

- Build a strong pipeline of potential transactions by networking with promoters, corporate houses, and financial stakeholders

- Lead client pitches, presentations, and proposal development to win new mandates

Transaction Execution

- Drive the end-to-end execution of deals from mandate signing to transaction closure

- Oversee preparation of marketing materials including Information Memorandums, financial models, teasers, and investor decks

- Manage due diligence, negotiations, and closure activities in coordination with legal, tax, and compliance teams

- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of deal milestones while maintaining high-quality standards

Investor & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Equity, Venture Capital, Family Offices, and strategic investors

- Actively lead investor outreach and coverage strategies across domestic markets

- Facilitate discussions between clients and investors to align expectations and drive interest
