Head - Corporate Finance - Hospitality Firm

- This job requires the hands-on expertise of a corporate finance specialist with extensive industry exposure of raising debt.

Our client is one of the leading players in the hospitality space. The organization is regarded as the World's most innovative companies and rapidly growing companies. They're looking for someone to lead their Corporate Finance team (Debt) to support the growth plans of the organization.

Description :

- Integral part in the execution of suitable non-recourse financing and equity transactions

- Build a relationship with international and local banks, including multilateral financial institutions and private equity/Infrastructure funds

- Play a crucial role with investor presentations and financial models for projects, including tax implications by, sensitivity analysis, maximizing the interests of the Company

- Structuring and execution of the debt and equity financing transactions in order to achieve a successful financial closure

- Preparation, review, and negotiation of the debt and equity financing economics, term sheets and documents

- Play a vital role in annual financing plan on the basis of the company's business plan, complete the financing targets and assist to develop the future development direction and support strategic initiatives

- Work on the acquisition of project/pipeline as part of the Investment Committee

Profile :

- CA/MBA/CFA with 15+ years of work experience in large corporates with exposure to project finance

- Proven track record of closing debt transactions, worked on raising debt transactions aggregating to more than $1 billion

- Must be very strong on his/her knowledge of debt related compliances

- Have a strong track record of having worked on capital structuring and restructuring right from scratch

- Strong negotiation skills

- A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business and economic environment
