The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 1200 - 1600 crores

Position: AGM - Finance
The incumbent should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant
Role Overview:
As the AGM Finance, you would be responsible for leading the Corporate Finance functions of the organization, including business finance, supply chain and sales & marketing finance function. The role will be responsible for the Commercial Finance Strategy, retail expansion, marketing/sales finance, lead cost optimization, profitability, business performance etc. Acting as the company's "financial conscience", this role will be responsible for establishing internal controls, partnering with various stakeholders, to execute value-enhancing decisions and drive operational efficiencies.
Will handle a team of around 10 members with 3 Direct Reports
Territory Covered - Corporate role covering entire organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and lead a finance team which partners with business across levels to take critical cost, price, and business expense related decisions.
- Directs the preparation of annual planning based on sales forecast and planned spends.
- Drive standardization and automation of key processes reviewing existing SOP and benchmarking with industry standards.
- Prepare and develop insightful MIS to help business drive decision making.
- Support in the creation and implementation of effective governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks to drive holistic performance and maintain reputation
- Work with internal and external auditors to assist and coordinate audit timing, results of management and remediation testing.
- Lead a team and focus on their development and job enrichment.
