Head - Corporate Finance - BFSI

Description : (Reporting to Head, Finance)

- Define the organization's short/med/long term financial goals in alignment with company's overall vision & strategy

- Formulate an actionable strategy to achieve above financials goals & design a robust governance mechanism to ensure progress towards goals

- Provide timely and insightful analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the Head of Finance, - the Board and other senior executives in strategic decision making

- Lead all internal & external reporting to management, BoD, Investors

- Budgeting, planning, forecasting & controls for products

- Identify levers to optimize financial performance & identify growth opportunities (e.g., revenue initiatives, margin improvement, cost efficiency, cash flow, capital structure)

The Successful Candidate should :

- Have at least 12 years of experience in BFSI/Consulting/E-Commerce industries, in the FP&A & Investor Relations domain

- CA/MBA Finance in qualification

- Strong communication & team handling skills
