Head - Corporate Finance - BFS (14-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs
- Develop and manage the execution of loan syndication
- Review and perform commercial analysis (including financial modeling) of debt proposals
- Leading Credit Rating process
- Treasury Management
- Review all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reports
- Managing end to end lender reporting and covenant compliance
- Lead the debt funding strategy for the existing portfolio of assets
- Lead the relationship with financial institutions for project debt requirements of portfolio
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : MBA (Full Time) / CA
- 15 plus years experience in infrastructure finance with a proven track-record of debt raising (sourcing and execution)
- Experience in the roads sector will be a plus
- Good relationship with global DFIs, Public & Private Banks/NBFCs/IDFs is a must
- Strong hands-on experience of Financial Modelling & Project appraisal.
- Strong problem-solving & negotiation skills
