Head - Corporate Development & Strategy - eCommerce

- Design new initiatives to meet the medium to long-term strategic objectives of the Company - Growth, Profitability, and New Businesses.

- Support execution of corporate projects on behalf of line-of-businesses and functions in the areas of Strategy, Market landscaping, Business Development, Cost efficiencies, and Synergies.

- Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of partnerships across all businesses that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components

- Manage portfolio company relationships

- Work closely with CXO's on strategic projects

- Work on long term strategic planning for M & A assessment

- Developed multiple strategy documents for leadership like expansion strategy, New product launch, etc.

- Work with the Corporate Development team on their organic & inorganic growth plans including fundraising.
