Head - Corporate Development - Real Estate (4-8 yrs)

- This role is The head of Corporate Development, and reports directly to the CEO. This role is based out of the Company's Head office in Bangalore

- The client is a market leader in the premium real estate segment, and their goal is to disrupt the real estate sector in India. They and is backed by eminent investors.

- The Company is positioned for significant growth in the next few years, and is looking to expand with entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy a flat, flexible and fast-paced work environment.

The roles and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Prospecting and structure deals, including valuation, negotiation, and ensuring that the legal agreements mirror the commercials

2. Monitor financial performance of signed deals and the overall business, coordinate with concerned teams and perform due diligence

3. Overall strategic business development as a part of CEO Office including capital raising, investor relations including reporting and related strategic activities, oversee treasury management

Ideal Candidate:

1. We are looking for a highly ambitious, and persuasive person that is confidence inspiring, with excellent communication and attention to detail

2. Strong analytic and presentation skills, vast and varied deal making experience and ability to analyse businesses and related risks

Desired Qualification:

1. MBA from a recognised International or Indian institute

2. Relevant experience in real estate focused businesses or investment platforms
