Head - Corporate Communication & Public Relations - Internet/Online (15-20 yrs)

Objective: To support the Organization by designing, developing and executing strategies for effective Change Management and Communication and Public relations

Key Areas of responsibilities :


- Develop change management plan for program and work stream level to address strategic objectives

- Align change management plan with overall project plan (business case, scope, timeline, resources, milestones)

- Develop Stakeholder analyses and Change impact assessment for program and work stream level to monitor, manage and mitigate impacts and risks

- Set up and maintain change champion network

- Develop and execute on communications plan for program and work stream level to address stakeholders

- Plan and execute sensitive communications for organizational restructuring and workforce transitions

- Identify, coordinate and facilitate stakeholder trainings

- Assess and build change readiness

- Share lessons learned, early wins and best practices

- Setup sponsorship network

- Develop content and key messaging for internal and external communication channels

- Create and maintain appropriate and consistent brand and voice for the program across all media

- Develop effective internal and external customer relationships

Dimensions : 

Know-How: Technical Know-How, Management Breadth, Human Relation Skills - Masters degree level

- Broad business knowledge and experience working across multiple business functions and industries

- Track record experience managing organizational change

- Solid project management skills

- Strong facilitation, consulting and contracting skills

- Effective delivery of targeted messaging through different internal and external channels

- Embraces change and has strong cross cultural communication management skills
