Position: Associate GM /GM -Corporate Communication

Location: Raipur

Educational Qualification - Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, business, social science or related fields or MBA.

JOB PURPOSE :

To provide impetus to corporate communication, liaison with all external stakeholders, corporate branding, corporate identity, CSR, etc

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead for company's reputation and public perception management

Developed and executed communications plan that ensure alignment with corporate strategy, messaging, and brand

Built a highly functional communications team that brought together media and public relations, meeting and event planning and community relations functions

Responsible for developing content for CSR activities

Supported the company spokesperson during press conferences and other events

Managed crisis situations by coordinating and responding to media queries

Managed media coverage tonality on the public hearing for operation of mines

Analysed and monitored media coverage in terms of Media Ad Value and tonality

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Excellent written and oral communication skills - Self-motivated

Should have a good understanding of external communication , new communication formats etc
