Experience
- 10+ years experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, and Global Public Relations
- Experience in IT Industry essential in above roles
- Should have managed large integrated communication programs
- Should be able to drive initiatives for better communication within and outside Zensar
- Brand consistency management
- Knowledge and insights for communication leveraging newer channels of social media, mobility etc.
- Knowledge and experience of effective website design and development and management experience
Skills:
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written. Should be able to make a confident pitch to clients
- Strong design sensibility
- Team Management and collaboration skills and ability to engage with senior leadership
- Ability to work with global and diverse teams and time zones
