Head - Corporate Communication - Hospitality (20-27 yrs)
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and communication standards.
Corporate Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with business objectives and values.
- Identify key messages and themes that resonate with stakeholders, including employees, investors, customers, partners and the public.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to facilitate positive media coverage.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and statements to communicate important company updates and announcements effectively.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are well-informed about company news, policies and initiatives.
- Implement effective communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, town halls and other interactive platforms.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of external communication materials, including brochures, reports, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities and represent organization at industry conferences, events and forums.
Digital and social media:
- Drive the company digital communication efforts across various social media platforms and the official website.
- Leverage digital tools to engage with stakeholders, monitor conversations, and analyze data to improve communication strategies.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build and nurture relationships that align with organization business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated communication efforts for various projects and initiatives.
- Protect and enhance reputation by proactively managing and addressing communication challenges and crises.
- Monitor media coverage and online mentions, and respond appropriately to ensure accurate and positive portrayals of the company.
- Manage the corporate communication budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver measurable results.

Education: Master's is Mass Communication / Public Relations
