Reporting to : MD & CEO   Role: This role is responsible for developing and disseminating favourable Corporate Communication, Public Relations and Media strategies in line with companys vision and business strategy to promote goodwill, develop credibility, and create a favourable public image for the organization.  Key Responsibilities:  - Consolidates media requirements and budgets across various concepts and plan for centralized media buying.  - Liaises with press and media houses for gaining a preferential status for projects.  - Coordinates with vendors, media, advertising agencies / channels/ partners for developing long-term relationships.  - Ensures that internal communications are shared on a timely basis with all employees as per the requirements.  - Liaises with all functional heads on corporate communications and public relations e.g. speech or media opportunities.  - Plans and formulates the budget for the Corporate Communication Dept. in consultation with the MD & CEO. Manages activities in line with the agreed business plan and within agreed annual budgets.  - Shortlists and evaluates PR and Media agencies as per organization requirements & processes, formulates SLAs for the partner.  - Designs media and PR strategy, leads the implementation of all PR plans and coordinates relations with media and PR companies.  - Drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives   - Monitors press clippings  Plan and manages all social media in cyberspace in best interest of role.  Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Advance degree in Communication / MBA from good institute.  Experience: 20 years of experience life cycle experience of proven delivery in domain. Should have spent last 5 years in senior position in an organization of repute
