Head - Corporate Cards - BFSI (15-20 yrs)
Hiring for Head Corporate Cards Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITES :
- To grow Corporate card portfolio in terms of
- Develop compelling product propositions with clear and visible income lines for the bank
- Develop program product and process note along with credit policy, IT and legal
- Develop and roll out implementation - Sales, RCU, Policy, Ops, Plastics and Customer Service
- Enable/ support New Acquisition as per budgets- No of Relationships, Spends volumes.
- Collaborate with Wholesale Banking and increase penetration into their existing Corp relationships
- Increase card penetration in existing corporate card book
- Work closely with Branch Banking, corp channels to break into new Corp & grow market share.
- Expense Management Solution Implementation Delinquency Management/Control. Also oversees Business Cards book.
Product - Portfolio Management :
- Launch new product variants keeping in view customer requirements and market trends
- Managing overall portfolio parameters like activation, spends per card, delinquency etc
- Track & monitor each portfolio performance and profitability vis a vis targets
- Evaluate and initiate discussion with policy / credit to setup new processes for incremental and quality sourcing
- Get legal, compliance, audit, policy and business head concurrences on new initiatives
Compliance & Audit :
- Identify process gaps and address the same.
- Setup new processes to ease in corporate onboarding process
Impact on Portfolio :
- Closely work with credit, corporate assist & debt management team to maintain portfolio parameters for stock book for Corporate cards
- Segment wise strategy to drive early activation and increase in spends per card.
- To improve overall customer onboarding experience and work on alternative channels /mode of communication with corporate customers
