Head - Corporate Affairs - Food/Restaurant - Contractual Role (15-20 yrs)
Head- Corporate Affairs - 6months contract - Food/restaurant Industry - Gurgaon
- At least 15 years handling regulatory affairs with Food Industry
- Well experienced in interacting and driving companies agenda with regulators.
- Deep understanding of the public relations and media landscape
- Experience in managing local and regional level relationships
- Experience within the food, food retail or consumer product categories
- Deep understanding of FSSAI structure at Central and State levels.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding Food laws. FSSR 2006, Weighs & Measures etc.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Corporate Affairs :
- Intervene to protect and promote corporate interest during formulation of public policies & in other matters related to public policies.
- Liaisoning with government bodies related to our industry like Labour authorities, Company law board (NCLT), NRAI etc.
- Establish stake holder engagement matrix and engage with various central and state authorities on regular basis and discuss issues related to Yum! Business.
- Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with stakeholders like, Government, Apex Chambers & Consumer NGOs to drive corporate agenda through advocacy.
- Represent Yum! In various industry and regulatory forums and take up issues related to company's cause.
Regulatory Compliance :
- Liaison with FSSAI on matter related to regulatory compliance, product approval etc.
- Build capability of Restaurant Managers and above store leaders e.g. Area Coaches, Operations Manager and Director Operations on FSSAI, W&M and other relevant laws on ongoing basis.
Crises management & Public Relations :
- Manage and steward a Core Crises Team during any PR-related events. Co-ordinate between internal stakeholders. Legal, Operations, Marketing and QA to manage crises, and define Crises management protocols.
- Manage Corporate PR for the brand and execute an always on approach of engagement to build equity with media stakeholders and consumers.

- Contribute in driving sustainability agenda of the organization.
- Uphold and operate within company value systems.
