Head - Controls & Operations - BFSI

The position would report to the CFO & be responsible for:

- Heading the controls & operations function of the company & managing a team of 3 specialists

- Overseeing the financial operations & ensuring deadlines are adhered to for operational activities

- Managing bank reconciliations & refunds along with managing banking relationships

- Reporting on operational performance & suggesting improvements

- Ensuring process enhancements & automation

- Leading quality assurance efforts for internal audit related matters

- Advising the CFO in ad-hoc operational projects

The successful candidate would:

- Be a qualified CA/MBA having at least 6-9 years of work experience in financial operations

- Be hands-on with high volume transaction reconciliation

- Have experience in implementing financial operations systems & process automation

- Be based in Chennai or be willing to relocate to Chennai
