- To study the tenders of various clients, suggestion, proposing deviations, risk analysis, mitigation of risk & finalization of terms & conditions
- Identifying delays in projects, delay analysis and taking approval of the time extension
- Writing contractual letters for release of outstanding payments, liquidated damages, retention money, cost escalation/price variation, bank guarantee etc. for closure of contract
- Identifying, formulating, substantiating & raising various claims along with necessary records & backups to the client on account of prolongation, suspension, foreclosure & termination of contract
- Assisting Contract Head in issuance of notice for arbitration, preparation of claims, statement of defence, rejoinder & cross-examination during arbitration proceeding
- Preparation & submission of claims to Insolvency Professional under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against Corporate Debtors on behalf of Operational Creditors
- Assisting management in settling contractors/sub-contractors claims
- Pre-qualification of contractors/vendors/consultant
