Head Contracts and Bidding 1. Participate in strategy formulation exercise with CEO at the beginning of the financial year and formulate BD&T strategy in line with the strategic objectives set by Company 2. Review and finalize departmental budget and monitor on an ongoing basis 3. Review risk evaluation process and ideate risk mitigation strategy 4. Review and finalize technical and commercial bids before submission 5. Ideate plans for increasing penetration in the market and scope of entering into new business verticals 6. Identify the scope of the partnership, and potential opportunities/ leads and work towards exploring the same for the rapid growth of the company 7. Meet key clients on regular intervals to build relationships for repeat business 8. Cultivate relationships with government officials, and large private corporations to meet revenue targets 9. Ensure scenario analysis of construction industry to capture more market intelligence data and understand the strategy of competitors/ peers 10. Coordinate with COO/ BU heads for service excellence provided to clients 11. Analyze Lost bids : a. To explore reasons fat loss b. To strategize improvement of winnability c. To explore the possibility of improvement in the execution process to be more competitive 12. Develop sales capability within team and ensure high levels of engagement 13. Review the monthly MIS and discuss with HoS - B&T to mitigate the shortfalls in planned achievement 14. Ensure adequate staffing as per department budget ,assess technical competency of existing employees and develop capability through focused training programs
