Head - Content Writing - EdTech

- Must have 12 to 15 years of experience in content writing along with people management experience.

- Constantly ensure that the activities of the content delivery team align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

- Serve as storyteller and editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and alignment to business and reputational goals.

- Expected to set the strategic vision and direction for the company's academic curriculum, instructional framework, pedagogical approach, assessment methodology and content production.

- Identify learning content requirements for build product portfolio

- Develop content lifecycle along with use cases, manage content in a definitive source, plan for periodic audits, continuously improve high-value learning content, and set regular intervals for maintenance.

- Create a communication plan that includes responsibilities and timelines for everyone, as well as content or learning management system distribution and customization

- Create structured and engaging content that is reusable.

- Build a quality & review team to ensure real time student feedback is collected. This team will also collaborate with academic team to carry out necessary content revision. Monitor click through rates, completion rates and other such metrics to judge effectiveness of developed content
