Position : Head of Content - Webinars & Events

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- We are looking to recruit a head of content and research to manage our team of webinar producers and create highly educational events for our customers. As Head of Content you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of content associated with the events the company works on as well as with any external joint venture partners.

- You will have strategic responsibility for the vision, growth and development of the content associated with the shows under the area of responsibility. Responsibility for the research, programme development and speaker acquisition work involved as part of the role as well as delivered by the Content Producers working on the events.

Job Responsibilities :

- Drive overall content strategy and assume content ownership for our virtual event library

- Unify and engage key stakeholders- including C-level executive team- at start of the content planning process to identify content strategy and organizational goals mapped to overall event themes

- Drive content strategy for event - working with cross-functional stakeholders, content strategists and copywriters to develop scripts and presentations to ensure content is educational, inspirational and aligns with overall event goals

- Understand the brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging

- Ensure that all content is focused, delivers value to the attendee and can live beyond the in person event in a variety of formats, including our virtual convention experience

- Identify and secure new and inspiring speakers, perhaps not currently on the circuit

- Lead keynote selection process, including contract negotiation and execution

- Work closely with multiple Alumni Engagement Officers to identify onsite event content that can be seamlessly integrated into our virtual event experience

- Partner with event marketing, field marketing and social media teams to translate and integrate content strategy into overall Convention campaign to engage attendees and drive registration

- Lead the prep, development and execution of content across all sessions and touchpoints

- Identify content needs and manage content development process for all sessions end-to-end including content workflow, project management, production timelines, event agenda

- Identify and spec tools and/or processes to manage content and speaker workstream efficiently and accurately

- Keep external partners (agencies, vendors) and internal teams on deadline, providing creative input while driving them to finish quality content quickly and efficiently

- Work with creative and video teams to develop and drive video content plan, meeting timeline and budget requirements

- Work with internal stakeholders to develop an event agenda that optimizes attendee flow, different learning styles, capacity, speaker skills and event goals and objectives

- Hands-on, daily management of all session and speaker logistics including session details, speaker assignments and profiles, session scheduling, proofreading aligned to style guide, PPT presentations, session tagging and more

- Manage the presenter onboarding process, setting expectations around the content timeline, rehearsals and onsite experience

- Schedule, manage and lead production meetings and speaker rehearsals

- Participate and partner with other vendor and stakeholder teams to ensure execution of all deliverables is timely and accurate

- Guide and coach a team to help manage all content and speaker deliverables

- Measure results (evaluations, attendance, feedback) on all content and communicate findings back to key stakeholders; modify processes to adopt best practices and incorporate feedback as appropriate

You are our one-man army if you :

- Have 4 years- experience of conference production together with excellent conference management experience including the management of content producers.

- Analyze, improvise on ideas given by cofounders and give the best possible solution with limited resources

- Event experience in both large- and mid-scale conferences, preferably in a B2B, fast-paced environment

- Working knowledge of video platforms and content delivery systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands

- Proactive and enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication, writing, project management and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact at all levels from temp staff to CEO

- Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment

- Ideal candidate must have ability to remain calm and professional under rapidly changing circumstances

- Proficient using the latest versions of all Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when required

Good to have :

- A proven experience of handling and executing webinars attended by large audiences

- Experience in various industrial verticlas and international markets
