Head Content Strategy Position Objective: The growing needs, demands, and expectations of market have propelled the company to strategize and build on the roadmap in Executive Education. Therefore a Head of Content Strategy is required to build internal products along with partner institutes and to chart out the next phase of the company's growth. They will constantly ensure that the activities of the content delivery team align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Role Description: - Collaborate with sales & marketing to ensure digital marketing, research and insights, USP of developed products are maximized. - Collaborate with Tech teams to enhance product usage through LMS and build the online learner journey - Serve as storyteller and editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, consistency and alignment to business and reputational goals. - Expected to set the strategic vision and direction for the company's academic curriculum, instructional framework, pedagogical approach, assessment methodology and content production. - Identify learning content requirements for build product portfolio - Develop content lifecycle along with use cases, Manage content in a definitive source, plan for periodic audits, continuously improve high-value learning content, and set regular intervals for maintenance. - Create a communication plan that includes responsibilities and timelines for everyone, as well as content or learning management system distribution and customization - Create structured and engaging content that is reusable. - Build a quality & review team to ensure real time student feedback is collected. This team will also collaborate with academic team to carry out necessary content revision. Monitor click through rates, completion rates and other such metrics to judge effectiveness of developed content - Build a team of instructional designers, Data analyst cum E Resources curator/Library/Archiver and Assessment Designers to ensure premium content is developed. - Build a pool of academicians in various fields who will be leading experts in their areas to develop content and necessary assessments for online consumption - Collaborate with the product team to ensure consumable end user content is developed - Work with the learner engagement team to enable employability skills in students through webinars, masterclasses - Collaborate with the International BD team to ensure content falls within standards of QAA, TESLA, UGC and some of the accreditation bodies like WASC, WES, QS etc. Mandatory requirement : - Experienced in handling multiple SME's and stakeholder management. - Must be in a Strategic and Leadership role. - Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks. - Must have team management experience. - Advanced expertise in Content Building
