Head - Content Resources - Education (10-15 yrs)
- Source and manage a library of high quality online educational resources including open-source, third-party licensed and proprietary content to/for
- Identify, appraise and procure best in class open and third party licensed digital learning resources
- Support subject matter experts and content writers in identifying open educational resources from Eden's content library and integrating them into course curriculum and design
- Curate learning resources ensuring there are fit for purpose and up to date and keeping track of where and when they are used
- Set up and manage a fit for purpose content management system (CMS) for our content and resources
- Manage contractual relationship and day to day operations with content partners and suppliers
- Undertake all necessary copyright clearance and compliance management
Qualifications and Experience:
- A master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
- Experience of working in the higher education sector or 2+ years of teaching and HE curriculum design
- A strong understanding of effective online and practice-based learning e.g. in L&D, HRTech and similar
- Familiarity with the process of online course development
- First-class research, writing and communication skills
- Strong editorial judgement and decision-making
- A strong pedagogical and commercial awareness in spotting opportunities for high-impact content across a range of formats
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
