As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of content, ensuring that it aligns with our brands voice, vision, and goals. You will lead a team of writers, editors, and content creators to produce a wide range of content types, from blog posts to social media updates.
What you will do:
- Developing and executing a content strategy that supports our brands objectives and drives engagement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and opportunities
- Managing a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensuring all content is high-quality, SEO optimized, and aligns with brand standards
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, white papers, eBooks, and more
- Developing and managing the content calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Monitoring and analyzing content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content for better engagement and results
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies and tactics into our content efforts as appropriate
What you need to have:
- Bachelors/PGdegree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 10-14 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of creating and managing high-quality content that drives engagement and brand awareness
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of writers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content
- Domain knowledge of personal finance and investing is mandatory
