Responsibilities:
- Write product descriptions and content for our website
- Coordinate content creation & publishing of newsletters
- Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, case studies, whitepapers, sales support, etc. as needed.
- Work with product team and stakeholders to identify content strategy, develop content for wireframes and write simple yet engaging copy for online and interactive applications.
- Create and manage content upload schedules for various elements on the site.
- Edit and proofread content
- Moderate and manage content as it is contributed to the website by users.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
- Develop & document procedures to manage Web content
- Contribute and manage the creation of top quality articles, write-ups and features as and when needed.
