- Craft strategies for all Digital Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative & for SEO
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions, and revenue for
- Responsible for setting the overall organization-wide Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels
- Lead MarTech charter cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to build cutting edge solutions for advanced customer targeting-
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Work in tandem with our analytics and insights teams to build comprehensive measurement and performance projection plans and build performance reports that shape future strategy (Analytical performance measurement)
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Drive overall revenue growth in tandem with the business team
The ideal candidate must -
- Work experience as Head of Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within our industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM softwares and know-how of how they can be used to automate marketing
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Strong experience in managing highly fluid work environments and in managing multiple at the same time
- Positive thinking problem solver; flexible about all actions
- Team player, an ability to work cooperatively with the other engineers.
- Stronghold on various developments in tech, industry, and other related fields for business, marketing, and product long term initiatives.
- Strong business and product acumen to be able to solve business and product problems using data collected from marketing efforts
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments with limited information.
