Experience : Minimum 8 yrs
Essential :
- Thorough understanding of Sales and Services Practices and Leadership Development Frameworks and contents.
- Exposure to competency assessments, concepts of competencies and competency framework.
- Experience of content development for the latest technologies in eLearning, AI based, ML, VR, AR, video/ gaming based, digital online and offline learning solutions in sales and services area.
- Understanding of changing pulse of learning style and needs in industry in sales and services area.
- Exposure to training evaluation and development of evaluation tools for quality assessment of training delivery, content and other L&D interventions.
- Should have worked in the learning and development area and have hands on experience of content designing both for VILTs and ILTs.
- Minimum 8 years of experience of working in Sales and Services Training Function or L&D function of
Large scale services or distributed product companies or L&D consulting or eLearning content companies, handling learning and development of front lines/ mid-level sales professionals.
Desired, not essential :
- Hands on experience in sales & customer service function.
- Exposure to sales training will be an added advantage.
- Certifications in psychometric assessments, content design, competency assessments and framework or in technical / coding skills will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Some of the key responsibilities areas (not limited to these) would be the following:
- Designing pedagogy, programs and content for offerings of sales and service excellence academy.
- Managing and reviewing external partners supporting the design of programs and content.
- Ideate and develop content for other innovative products, programs and offerings for the academy.
- Working closely with technical support in designing innovative content for both online and offline offerings of sales and services academy.
- Regular assessments and enhancement of training content and delivery.
- Aligning with Product Design Team for running quality enhancement surveys and learners feedback processes for Sales and Services Content, Products and other offerings.
- The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills; will have varied industry experience in Sales and Services function/ Leadership Development and Training Function. Would have analytical approach with strong understanding of sales and services practice and leadership development insights. The individual will possess the ability to work independently and in teams.
