Head Contact Centre/Pre-sales/LeadGen for a Well Established New Age Solutions firm ! Mumbai

Our client is a well-established, new age firm providing innovative services and products related to FinTech and Realty. They are well-funded and are working towards changing the industry landscape.

They are looking for a Head of Contact Centre and Presales for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- End to End presales lead generation process acquisition, nurturing, closure & transition

- Managing contact centre operations in outsourced tele calling set up for a specific campaign

- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members

- Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behavior leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning

- Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance

- Responsible for call quality and on-call customer experience

- Responsible for process optimization at various levels such as data management, CRM technology enablement, email marketing and BTL marketing

To qualify for these positions you should :

- Have at least 10 to 22 years of experience

- Have 5+ years of experience in Managing out-bound Contact Centre

- Have a good experience of Lead Generation, Presales and Marketing

- Have experience in managing large teams and its needs

- Have good knowledge of CRM tools

- Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy

- Be currently from Mumbai or willing to relocate.
