1. Handling overall department of Contact Centre. 2. Mapping the customer satisfaction level and filling the gaps as per the feedback received. 3. Presently handling 10-15 sales/Telesales people which will be expanding to 150. 4. The position will be reporting to the Director of the company. 5. The Head of the Contact Centre will lead a Contact Centre Operation of various sizes, typically this is a fast-paced area of business that is challenging and changing continuously. 6. Directs the entire operations of the organization's contact center facility. 7. Implements and reviews policies and operating structure of the contact center. 8. Sets standards and guidelines for customer interactions. 9. Monitors the interactions to ensure that the expectations of the customers are met. 10. Analyzes operations of the contact center and oversees any efficiency improvements. 11. Requires a bachelor's/Master's degree. 12. Typically reports to top management. 13. Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. 14. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
