Head - Consumer Product - BFSI

- Strategically analyze new business models, emerging technical trends, and will be supporting on product-focused, process-driven and service-led innovations.

- Continuously improve existing platforms (products) and features to drive higher engagement and conversion.

- Guide customer-facing platforms (product) strategy, identify key success metrics, and analyze the performance of new product launches.

- Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to drive new platform (product) initiatives.

- Define and manage the platforms (product) roadmap, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders.

- Drive platforms (product) development through the entire development cycle, from concept, design and development, through to launch and ongoing support in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

- Serve as expert on trend-setting practices, particularly in mobile space, including analysis of the competitive landscape.

- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.

- Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.

- Lead the creation of overall product roadmap across all platforms - web, mobile, apps based on consumer feedback, strategic priorities, analytics and market dynamics
