Head - Consumer Insights - FMCG (6-14 yrs)
The role is with a leading domestic FMCG firm.
Aim : To provide actionable consumer insights that inspire superior product development and drive superior brand strategies.
- Lead all in house research activities for existing and new products from their inception to execution
- Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects by collaborating with external research agencies from briefing to report presentation stage
- Act as an efficient and effective link between external stakeholders (Consumer) and internal stakeholders (R & D, Marketing)
- Provide strategic consumer insights to help senior management make informed decisions and build strategies for business development
- To develop a high performance consumer research team.
- External Agencies Management.
- Folks from Agency and Client side both can apply
- Female candidates preferred
- Team handling experience is a must
