Head - Consumer Analytics - KPO

On an embark for a Head - Consumer Analytics with strong experience in consulting for the Consumer domain along with hands on in R, SAS or Python.

Few of the responsibilities include the below:

- 6+ years of analytics experience in the Analytics domain

- Strong in consulting, problem solving, excellent understanding of the business and processes

- Use analytics for driving business impact.

- Delivery excellence in all engagements

- Hands on in analytical models and approaches eg: Customer Behavior, Market Segmentation, Predictive Analytics, Customer Journey, Customer lifetime value analytics, Customer Segmentation, Sales channel analytics, Social media analytics, Customer churn analytics

- Review approaches, methodologies and frameworks and implement the best in class

- Drive and support proposal, RFP response to develop new business opportunities

- Ability to articulate the business impact of moving up the analytics maturity curve to internal audience as well as target clients and stakeholders

- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, communication and inter personal skills

- Using tools like: SAS, R, Python
