Construction HEAD - India

- As the overall in-charge for entire operations of the Company, responsible for delivery of construction projects within the agreed budgeted costs, quality and margins.

- Responsible for business development and for maintaining excellent relationships with clients and other public authorities and private parties.

- To keep abreast with latest technological developments in the construction industry and responsible for good engineering practices.

- Identify and develop good JV partnerships

- To act as a brand ambassador and to continually enhance the Company's reputation

- To discharge such other strategic functions as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

- Develop the overall project management framework and drive completion of all projects with the minimum turn-around time

- Establish Organization guidelines on project scheduling and cost control

- Finalize contractors & vendors based on stringent evaluation in collaboration with the Commercial and Purchase Departments

- Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely availability of working capital and funds

- Continuously review operations to ensure high operational efficiency, quality and service delivery

- Lead project review meetings with the consultants and contractors for critical projects

- Monitor project budgets, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity norms across all projects.
