Head - Construction

Head- Construction, reporting to CEO and responsible for implementing projects through Project Execution Strategy, Operations, and Integrated Resource Management, coupled with effective Contracts & Claims Management.

Oversee and direct all construction activities and provide functional direction to project assigned Construction Heads / Group Project Managers, Interact, develop and maintain client relationships

Review construction project reports, Forecasts, any problem issues and initiate appropriate corrective action when necessary

Conduct project review meetings

Continuously focus on Cost Control and improve operational efficiencies

Ensure timely selection & procurement of construction related materials

Assist in building relationships with partners, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, major suppliers as well as with clients, government officials, and others important to the construction and the EPC
