Head - Compliance/Regulatory & GDPR - IT/ITeS

- Key member of Legal team and is expected to support the general counsel in leading Data privacy & Protection, GDPR and all policy and regulatory related requirements as per prevailing laws and regulations in India.

- The incumbent will be directly accountable for matters pertaining to Regulatory compliance and should have had previous exposure to Regulatory matters and having prior experience of having dealt with the Telecom Regulator (TRAI, TERM, DOT), IT & ITeS Regulators (Government Ministries, SEZ authorities, STPI authorities, Directorate of Industries), Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Company Affairs, Ministry of Environment, Enforcement Directorate, Competition Commission of India, Municipal Corporations (Shops and Establishment), and Partnering the business in a technology and non-technology Shared Shares environment.

- Implementation and Compliance with Data Protection and Privacy Policy. Implementation and Compliance with Transition Information Management system under DPP Policies

- Also expected to work closely with the General Counsel and ensure compliance of the GDPR requirements.
