Our Client : A Leading Pharmaceutical MNC

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the process of ensuring that core elements of an effective compliance program are implemented and are working as designed as per the global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Global Ethics & Business Integrity(Compliance) team in execution of various initiatives

Engage and partner with India Management and South Asia leadership to evolve the Compliance Program in India

Collaborate with business teams (Business Unit Heads) and functional heads to identify and resolve issues

Organize and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Facilitate Compliance training activities regularly

Conduct Risk and Analytics based reviews and work with Key stake holders for enhancement of compliance

Actively contribute towards implementation and strengthening of compliance policies, procedures, and practices across the various businesses.

Ideal Candidate : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience of 12-20 years. Risk Assurance/FIDS in Big 4 preferably with Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare domain experience will be preferred.
