- Leading the global transversal Compliance transformation plan

- Working closely with technology and compliance teams to lead innovation and process improvements

- Dealing with senior management of the bank in order to develop activities of high value in compliance for the Group

- Regularly identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth and developing clear, convincing proposals
