Head Compliances (Legal) - Reporting to General Counsel
Location - Bangalore
Work Exp - 15 Yrs+
Education - Legal Degree (LLB / LLM)
Experience in Retail, Warehouse Or Manufacturing compliance is required.
We need someone with factory compliance expertise.
Supporting Actions :
- Stores, Factories, Warehouses and Offices, Draft, review and negotiation of contracts/leases
- Training on statutory compliance
- Internal audit for in-house compliance teams
- External lawyers/external consultants
- Get legal opinion on complex legal issues
- Facilitate external audits
- Build a coherent team
- Empower and enable the teams to identify the applicable legal compliances and work on risk management
- Conduct skill building workshops ( internal and external)
