Head - Compliance - IT/ITeS/Consulting Firm (18-24 yrs)
Education : LLB / CA (Mandatory)
Exp Level : 18 - 20 years.
Industry exp : IT / ITES / Consulting only.
Compliance Head:
- Responsible for establishing and implementing compliance program at corporate level in line with international laws and regulations covering AML, Sanctions, Third Party management , Anti Bribery Corruption etc.
- Should be a self starter and have a legal or finance background. Ethics and integrity are key to this role.
- This role will report to CRO and with work closely with CFO, COO, Financial Controller, Legal, HR, Procurement, Recruitment and other functions
- Experience in similar industry/ listed company in US is ideal.
Should have experience in following areas:
- Policy and procedure definitions covering above areas,
- Institutionalization of compliance program
- Establishing Internal audit mechanism and reviewing the effectiveness of the internal controls
- Organizational training on compliance program
- Identifying global compliance risks
- Investigations on violations and whistle blowing
- Third party / M&A due diligence
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal control mechanism on third party onboarding contracting, procurement, payment, gifts & hospitality, government interactions etc
