Job Description::

- Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes in their industry, so they are aware how these developments affect their company.

- Come up with a plan of action to ensure that the company complies with the laws and regulations.

- Consult with legal departments and senior executives in order to develop and apply compliance strategies.

- Advising business and suport functions on all legal issues, Compliance and litigation Management at global level, briefing external lawyers, drafting and negotiating contracts, corporate restructing, Property matters, documentation for availing financial facility at international level.
