Opening - Head Compliance (Investment Management)

Company - One of the leading Financial Services Firm

Experience in asset management/ AIF/PMS outfits. Should have experience in handling AIF and/or PMS for at least 1 year in the Compliance and Legal function.

Qualification: LLB/CS/CA

Should have worked in the following areas:

- In addition to the experience in the compliance function of an asset management business (MF, PMS), the candidate should have good exposure to the Regulatory/Investment Compliance of AIF business and preferable PMS as well.

- Should have good understanding of various categories of AIF and handled launch of new AIF products

- Some amount of dealings with regulators & legal counsels

- Filing of periodic Regulatory reports with SEBI

- Should have attended to various sales and on-boarding team queries.

- Good command over English.
