Head Compliance for lending business with one of fastest growing fintech player
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will focus on designing and building the compliance function for the most innovative lending platform in India.
Candidate will be responsible for :
RBI (NBFC) Compliance's:
- Ensuring RBI compliance's applicable to NBFCs
- Managing regulatory queries, inspections and communication as conducted/required by RBI
- Routine and adhoc filings / submissions with RBI
- Drafting and implementation of policies and codes applicable to NBFCs
- Managing process and documentations for lending business of NBFC
- Compliance Calendar, analysis of RBI Circulars and preparing the gist and implementation thereof
Governance & Corporate Law :
- Conducting of Board, Committee and General Meetings
- Compliance with shareholder's agreement entered with strategic investors
- Liaison with regulatory agencies viz. SEBI, RBI, ROC and Stock Exchanges
- Preparation and filing of various forms with RoC
